General Liability Claims / Construction

NJ-Parsippany, 3-5 years of claim handling experience. General liability experience required. NY Labor Law and Construction Defect and litigation experience required. Ability to evaluate policy language and apply to claim. Bachelor’s degree. JD a huge plus! Individual will be responsible for the investigation, evaluation and resolution of moderately complex claims. The claims assigned will include varied levels
