Kapp Heights, FT Customer Service Representative Normal work schedule is a 5 day week and includes Monday thru Friday, 11:30am to 8:00pm and rotating Saturdays, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Duties include answering busy telephone lines, on-line scheduling/data entry, billing, payments, and other duties.
