SC-columbia, Our direct client is seeking an Escrow Tax / Insurance Specialist for their Columbia, SC location. This is 6-month contract opportunity. Job Description: Responsible for the escrow setup, payment and monitoring of real estate taxes and insurance for Association's portfolio loans. To include the processing of annual escrow analysis statements and provide customer support to SMMU borrowers.
