Entire school board in Georgia district suspended

Gov. Brian Kemp has agreed to suspend all seven members of a Georgia school district.
The Georgia Board of Education recommended suspending the Dublin City Schools Board of Education in 10-0 vote last week. On Monday, Kemp signed an executive order to suspend the entire school board.
The state originally tried to hold the hearing in June, but a decision was not made. Last Wednesday, both the state and the Dublin City Schools Board laid out their case again before the vote.
