Customer Service Technical Representative

MN-Plymouth, One of Beacon Hill's customers is seeking a large number of Customer Service Technical Agents to assist them for at least the next 5 months. The identified candidates will be responsible for a high level of customer service, delivering instruction and resolving issues within a variety of the customers systems. Key responsibilities: Respond to all client issues Research unresolved needs Ensure all
