CA-Santa Ana, Small fast paced healthcare company seeking "experienced" CPC Healthcare Coder The coder’s role will be to evaluate the Company’s clinical documentation/coding as produced by both the clinic physicians/therapists, network physicians/therapists, as well as the Health and Wellness therapists for the following: *Accuracy of documentation *Adherence to CMS documentation guidelines *ICD-9 and ICD-10 an
