Role and Responsibilities: • Reporting to the Testing Site Operational Lead, the Front Desk Associate interacts with patients, ensuring that their demographic and insurance information is correctly recorded in the Epic EMR system. • Review and scan documents, including insurance information; ensure accurate ent
