Controller - Property Management

CA-West Los Angeles, Main Job Duties: Provide leadership, support and oversight to the accountants and accounts payable team including hiring and training Monitor the financial performance of the company including cash flow analysis and budget variance Compile and analyze financial reporting packages Submit all monthly & quarterly reporting timely to lenders Ensure that loan draw requests are submitted as needed Prepa
