Contract Legal Assistant/Paralegal

CO-Denver, Stable Oil and Gas industry is looking for a sharp contract legal assistant and or paralegal to work within the Legal department. This person will be providing support and assistance to attorneys in the form of difficult-to-complex legal research, drafting of legal documents, and business communications, and performing administrative tasks work.
