TX-Austin, Description: Contact Tracing Helpdesk Team Lead will work within the guidelines of Facebook's notification systems. Manage a team of 14 contact tracers taking incoming calls from Facebook employees. Ensure logging and escalate incidents within a timely manner. Day shift could include hours between 6pm and 6am and will include at least 1 weekend day. The Contact Tracing helpdesk team will run 24X7
