Contact Tracer Swing Shift

TX-Austin, Description: Contact Tracing Helpdesk Support will work within the guidelines of the companies notification systems. Take incoming calls from internal employees, log and escalate incidents within a timely manner. Swing shift could include hours between 12pm and 12am and will include at least 1 weekend day.
