Commercial Building Manager

NY-ALBANY, We are seeking a hands-on Building Manager for a large commercial office building in downtown Albany. Responsible for all facets of day-to-day operation of the property, including, but not limited to, the following: Maintain all current leases and Tenant relationships including overdue balances. Responsible for lease negotiation if requested by Owner. Manage the property in first class condition.
