TX-Plano, Call Center Training Manager Position Summary: The Training Manager will be responsible for delivering on projects that improve the people, processes and systems that support a learning and coaching culture.The Manager will assist in growing a learning and performance-based coaching organization through identifying business process gaps &training needs. The Manager will work to develop our remote
