OH-Toledo, Call Center Manager – Onsite or Work from Home Opportunity APS is looking for an inbound Call Center Manager to oversee our Customer Service Representatives and Supervisors who provide medical billing account feedback to patients. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Call Center with the goal of ensuring performance metrics are in line with the department goals and str
