Bi-lingual Information Specialist I

PA-Gettysburg, ECS is seeking a Bi-lingual Information Specialist I to work in our Gettysburg, PA office. Job Description: Answer incoming calls from Spanish and English-speaking license applicants and respond to written e-Support web requests that concern filing FCC license applications. Conduct necessary research, log calls into an incident management system, and make outgoing calls as needed. Available to wor
