Assistant Service Doc Specialist

NY-Buffalo, Acara Solutions is searching for an Assistant Service Doc Specialist in Amherst, NY for a Fire, Security and Alarm company. This position is heavy on the phones, calling into clients to confirm they received paperwork that is needed to pay for the services provided. Duties Include: Assisting with Work Orders Following up on Schedule Dates once a Work Order is Dispatched Following up on completion
