Who Gets Hurt More by Voters Staying Home?

RUSH: It's really a question of how many Republicans stay home versus how many Democrats stay home.  And I don't know.  I have to think that the stay-home vote will always hurt the Republicans more.  That's my impression.  But again the dynamics on the Democrat side are different than we've ever seen them.
