Trademark Ruling Will Result in More Use of the Redskins Logo, Not Less

RUSH: The Redskins can still use it, they just don't have exclusivity to it.  So now, for example, a guy who lives in the South (who owns a pickup truck and goes to church every Sunday) can put the Redskins logo on his pickup truck legally. He can sell anything with the Redskins logo on it.  It doesn't take it out of play. It just opens it up to everybody.
