The Atlantic Nukes the Regime on ISIS

RUSH: This is a guy in the State Department, used to be at TIME Magazine, what's that tell you?  He leaves TIME and goes to the Obama State Department and now says that the terrorists in ISIS are attracted to this because they're disaffected, they're unemployed, and they're unhappy, and they have grievances.  There it is... This guy needs to read The Atlantic piece.
