Obama Spouted False Domestic Violence Statistics in Grammys Video

RUSH: The president said, "Right now nearly one in five women in America has been a victim of rape or attempted rape."  That's what he said at the Grammys... So 31.6 million women have been raped or almost raped?  What is almost raped?  What is that?  Did he define that?
