Mrs. Clinton Can't Explain the Difference Between a Democrat and a Socialist

RUSH: She said, "Uh, uh, you know, uh, you... you ... you ... you'd have to ask.  I'm not one."  It happened on PMSNBC.  It was Chris Matthews asking her what the difference in a Democrat and a socialist is and whether or not she identified as a socialist.
