Morning Update: War on Reality

Since the 1970s, the city of Memphis has allowed thousands of rape evidence kits to sit, untested. After being sued by rape victims, they recently began processing the 12,000 ignored kits. Of the 25 people identified as suspects so far, 16 are suspected of raping multiple victims.
