Morning Update: They Never Learn

When Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy was running for office almost four years ago, he promised voters he wouldn’t raise taxes. But, he’s a Democrat. And anyone who pays attention to politics should know that promises from Democrats running for office are as worthless as Obama promising you that Obamacare would save you money.
