Billionaire investor Warren Buffett, who, incidentally, has endorsed Hillary Clinton,  accused unnamed candidates of talking down the economy. In his annual letter to shareholders of his company, Berkshire Hathaway, Buffet said the negative drumbeat about economic news, healthcare reform, and income inequality might make voters feel down about the future.
