Morning Update: Secret Science

One of the ways Democrats smear Republicans is by calling them “anti-science.” In a sane political world, two bills the Republican-controlled House just passed would put that accusation to rest. The first measure requires the EPA to fully disclose the scientific data supporting proposed regulations. The second measure prohibits the EPA from appointing registered lobbyists to their Science Advisory Board.
