Morning Update: Raisins and Onions

In April, I told you about a pending Supreme Court case that puts the property rights debate in a nutshell. A Depression-era law forced raisin farmers to turn over part of their annual harvest to a federal "Raisin Committee." To control the market, the government would then give away or sell the raisins, without compensating the farmers who grew them.
