Morning Update: Out Of Reach

Here’s yet another sign of the “booming” Obama economy: homeownership rates in America have dropped to a 20-year low. The last time it was this low was in 1994. That’s the year the country was so fed up with Democrats under Bill Clinton that they toppled them from running the House of Representatives for the first time in 40 years.
