Morning Update: Fed Up Enough?

The German government is promising to find the hundreds of “Arab” and “North African” men who took part in a massive New Year’s Eve sexual attack in Cologne Germany’s fourth largest city. A drunken mob of about 1,000 men encircled at least 90 women during celebrations outside a rail station.
