Hillary's Infrastructure Plan Is Another Money-Laundering Stimulus Scheme

RUSH: She's saying, "We need to start a national infrastructure bank to rebuild roadways." Now, I know, folks. My reaction is the same as yours. Tell me if this isn't it: Why don't people realize that Obama promised to do that in 2009 with the stimulus bill, and it hasn't happened?
