Establishment Rides the Trump Roller Coaster

RUSH: It is October 1st.  A lot of them thought he was gonna be gone by now.  And many of them -- and I'm including Republicans in this, Republican media types, conservative media types, elected officials, the entire Inside Washington establishment.  And you know why they thought Trump would be gone? They thought he would self-destruct.
