Eric Holder: Civil Rights Cases Shouldn't Require Evidence

RUSH: So now he's leaving office, saying it's just too hard.  "It's so hard to bring civil rights cases."  Do you know what that means?  He's basically saying civil rights prosecutions shouldn't need evidence, because we know them when we see them.
