Doctors: Eyes and Ears of the Regime

RUSH: Doctor Snerdley decides to inform the FBI that some patient of his who happens to be a political opponent of the Regime is mentally ill. Do you think that doctor might be rewarded somehow, for getting an enemy of the state off the street by reporting them as mentally ill?  It's not far beyond what is legitimately possible here.
