Caller: Dems Think They'll Win in '16

CALLER: My feeling is, in order for us to win this election, I think whoever the candidate is for the Republicans, they have to speak directly to the African-American population, to the camera saying, "This is for the African-American population: We're here for you!" Because the Democrats continue to make it feel like we don't care about the African-American population, which is far from true.
