A Discussion on How Republicans Should Address African-American Voters

RUSH:  I think the media and the Democrat Party have told African-Americans that Republicans don't like 'em and are racist. But the Republicans, if you ask me, have bent over backwards not just with African-Americans, but with the Hispanics.
