Tony Marrero is a survivor of the tragic Pulse Nightclub shooting, and he shared his inspirational story of survival with Ellen and her audience. Tony was shot multiple times in the back, and doctors have called his survival a miracle, as none of the bullets touched any organs or his spinal cord. Ellen saw a photo of Tony in his hospital bed with a poster of Dory and the words, “I’m still swimming, Ellen.”
