Cheryl Jackson founded Minnie’s Food Pantry, a non-profit organization that provides healthy meals to those in need in the Plano, Texas area. The pantry serves around 5,000 people a month, and provides delivery meals to the homeless, senior citizens, and day labor workers around the area.
