Daylight Savings kills sleep: Will it kill you?
On Sunday morning, every state but Hawaii and Arizona will slip into Daylight Savings Time, which takes an hour from the clock and can reduce the amount of sleep many people get.“A recent study found that the overall rate for stroke was 8% higher in the two days after daylight saving time,” a CNN story reports. “Cancer victims were 25% more likely to have a stroke during that time, and people older than 65 were 20% more likely to have a stroke.”Is there anything to this?
