AP Source: Orlando Magic hire Frank Vogel as next coach

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — A person with knowledge of the negotiations says the Orlando Magic have agreed to a deal with Frank Vogel to be the team’s next head coach.
The person says the Vogel and Magic officials met during the day Thursday and reached a deal, which will not be final until Friday afternoon. The person spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the Magic have not announced the hire.
Vogel replaces Scott Skies, who resigned a week ago. He comes to Orland
