White House issues veto threat for House Regulatory Accountability Act

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The White House on Monday issued a veto threat for the Regulatory Accountability Act from the Republican-controlled U.S. House of Representatives, saying the bill would add "layers of additional procedural requirements" for government agencies.
