White House: Boehner invite to Netanyahu breach of protocol

ABOARD AIR FORCE ONE (AP) — The White House says Republican House of Representaives Speaker John Boehner's invitation for Israel's prime minister to come to Washington is a breach of normal diplomatic protocol.
