Walker forms first committee for 2016 run

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Republican Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker has taken the first formal step toward running for president. He has formed a new tax-exempt group that can facilitate paying for his activities as he seriously eyes a 2016 White House bid.
