UN chief to attend White House summit

United Nations, Feb 18 (IANS) UN Secretary-General Ban Ki- moon would be in Washington DC Thursday to attend the Summit on Countering Violent Extremism, hosted by the US, Farhan Haq, the deputy UN spokesman, announced here.
