Obama to sign Venezuela sanctions bill

Washington, Dec 12 (IANS/EFE) US President Barack Obama plans to sign into law a bill expanding sanctions on Venezuelan officials accused of violently oppressing protests against the country's leftist government, the White House said Thursday.
