Obama, lawmakers mingle to mark rare bipartisan breakthrough

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama is hosting a rare gathering of lawmakers from both political parties at the White House to thank them for their work on legislation permanently changing how Medicare pays doctors.
