Mitt Romney Says No To 2016 Presidential Run

On a conference call with supporters today, Romney is expected to take a pass on another White House bid, according to an advance text of his remarks. "I’ve been asked, and will certainly be asked again if there are any circumstances whatsoever that might develop that could change my mind.
