Ex-White House press secretary Jay Carney to Amazon

It will soon be the dawn of a new era for former White House press secretary Jay Carney. The ex-journalist will join online retail giant Amazon beginning next week as senior vice president and head of Global Corporate Affairs, Amazon confirmed on Thursday.
