A pattern change is on its way this evening as the ridge responsible for the warm and dry
conditions breaks down and a cooler Pacific trough moves in. Widely scattered light
showers will continue to blossom across the region this evening with a few thunderstorms
possible across southeastern Washington, the lower ID Panhandle, and Oregon. Rainfall
amounts through 10PM will generally be around 0.05” or less. A stronger impulse will
