Sen. Feinstein has pacemaker installed

Sen. Dianne Feinstein, the top Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee, had a pacemaker installed on Tuesday, causing her to miss the second day of confirmation hearings for Sen. Jeff Sessions.
