House Republicans pass tax plan, Senate plan's future unclear

House Republicans are prepared to pass a massive tax overhaul Thursday -- a feat that hasn't been accomplished in three decades -- likely without the political fireworks or internal heartache that nearly sank the House's Obamacare repeal bill earlier this year.
