WordPress Foundation to create public-benefit corporation supporting nonprofits

Automattic is seeing steady growth in the number of sites using its WordPress content management system — 27 percent of the internet uses it today — and there’s no shortage of die-hard fans and users who gather in towns and cities around the world to support one another’s efforts.
